Welcome to Tenzo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Tenzo is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform for rehabilitation professionals. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tenzo. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Account Tiers & Usage Limits

Tenzo offers multiple account tiers (FREE, BASIC, PRO), each with specific monthly usage limits for note generation, AI messages, and emails. Usage is tracked and enforced according to your tier. Upgrades and payments (when available) are handled via a third-party payment processor.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the notes, templates, and other content you create.
• By using Tenzo, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Tenzo to store or transmit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive data unless and until the platform is officially HIPAA-compliant.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Tenzo, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Tenzo is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform or its outputs.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Tenzo, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tenzo at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Tenzo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
